Biographie

Charlie Mullins a commencé à rouler à l'âge de 4 ans sur une PW50 pour rejoindre son père sur les pistes. "Hot Rod" est devenu l'un des pilotes les plus rapides et les plus talentueux du GNCC. En 2011, il a remporté la GNCC et a été élu "GNCC Rider Of the Year".
